5.2: Viewing profiled results

To convert generated log files into xgraph format, use mkxgrp. It takes two parameters. One is the prefix of filename (00stprof if you did not give one explicitly when you ran the application) and the other is the number of processors and writes to standard out. For example,

        harp:367% mkxgrp 00stprof 10 > data.xg

00stprof.xx.yy in the current directory. Files 00stprof.xx.yy are removed when data.xg the output is successfully generated.
