Problem 1 - Digital Design

Using AND, OR, NOT gates and D flip-flops, design a stop watch which outputs each minute, second, 1/10 second by binary numbers. This stop watch has (1) start/stop input, (2) 0-reset-input, and 10Hz clock is given. Answer the following questions.

Give a state transitions diagram counting 1/10second. (Either the Mealy diagram or the Moore diagram is fine.)

2.

Give the truth table of input variables (signal variables) of D flip-flops counting seconds.

3.

Give a circuit diagram of the whole circuit.
