Answer the following questions regarding a disk drive.

1.

Represent the necessary time $T$ for reading a block from the disk drive by the seek time $S$, latency $L$ and the block transfer time $B$.

2.

When the disk rotates $n$ times per second ($n$ RPS), calculate the expectation of $L$.
